The National Co-operative Archive and the Rochdale Pioneers Museum are working closely with the Business and Enterprise Colleges sponsored by the co-operative movement. As part of a curriculum development project, work is under way to bring archive materials and artefacts into use as learning resources. The Archive has also been involved in a ‘Learning Links’ project with Chapel Street Primary School, Levenshulme, Manchester to develop a primary school (key stage 2) learning resource on co-operatives in the Second World War. The learning resource is in development and, when complete, the final version will be available for download. This project is part of the larger Cultural Entitlement Programme. |
